About Fornax OpSuites

Who's behind Fornax

Fornax OpSuites is founder-run. Tyler builds and runs it. An AI assistant does the repetitive work, and Tyler handles what it can't. Here's why it exists, who does what, and what you can hold us to.

A note from the founder

Why Fornax builds your site first

I'm Tyler, and I run Fornax OpSuites.

Trades owners kept getting two bad choices: a cheap DIY template that looks like everyone else's, or an agency retainer that costs thousands and still eats your time.

So I flipped the order. Fornax builds your site first, before you pay anything. What you see in the demo is the real site, not a mockup. Say yes, check out, and it's live in under a minute. Your own domain follows once it's pointed.

If it isn't right for your business, you walk away.

Who does what

How the work gets done

Fornax is one founder plus software. Here's which parts are automated, and which parts are Tyler.

Automated

The AI assistant

  • Designs each site around the business: its services, service area and logo.
  • Checks every site before anyone sees it: that it loads fast on a phone, and that it's easy to read and use for visitors with poor eyesight.
  • Emails your demo, and sends the first replies when you write back.

A person

Tyler

  • Takes over any email the assistant can't answer.
  • Handles every billing question.
  • Sets the prices and stands behind the commitments on this page.

The name

What the name means

Fornax
Latin for furnace. A forge is where tools get made.
OpSuites
Short for operation suites. Each suite is a set of tools for one part of running a service business. The first one is what this site sells: your website and your lead inbox.

We're building for the trades first, but not only for the trades.

  2. Next

    More of the business

Tools for other parts of running a service business. Nothing to announce yet, and nothing in today's prices depends on them.

Our commitments

What we commit to

Five things you can hold us to, in plain words.

  1. Published prices, locked in

Micro is $149/mo and SMB is $249/mo. Or pay once with Offboard, from $499, and host the site yourself. These are founding-client prices: yours stays the same for as long as you stay.

You don't pick a tier. We set it from your business size and needs, and you see your price with your demo, before you pay anything.

    Full pricing and terms
  2. Plain terms, up front

    Monthly
Cancel anytime. Monthly plans have a 30-day pro-rata refund.
    Yearly
Pay for 10 months, get 12. One payment, non-refundable and not prorated. Access stops when you cancel.
  3. No fake proof

No made-up reviews, customer logos or results. Every sample on this site is a fictional business, and it carries a label that says so.

  4. No lead promises

We build the site, and on Managed we run it. We don't promise a number of leads. What comes in depends on your market.

  5. What's yours stays yours

If you bring your own domain, it stays registered to you. On Offboard, you take the domain and the site files. On Managed, your leads are yours too: download them from your lead inbox as a spreadsheet file (CSV) anytime.
