Fornax OpSuites in plain facts

Fornax OpSuites builds HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing businesses of 1 to 15 people a website before they pay. It sets the site up to be found on Google and in AI answers. It also runs a business phone line, one lead inbox and job tracking for them. Open in Arizona at launch, in English only.

There are two ways to buy the same product. As a client, Managed (we host it) costs $199 a month for Solo or $399 a month for Crew. Site only (you pay once and host it) costs $999 or $1,999. As one of the first 10 founding clients, Managed costs $149 or $299 a month, and Site only costs $799 or $1,499. No setup fee.

What you get

Your website

• We build your site before you pay, from what's public about your business. Have a site already? We rebuild it from that.
• Every site has your phone number up front with tap-to-call, a quote form that sends requests to you, and a page for each main service.
• Your Google reviews show on the site, pulled from your Google profile. Nothing is made up.
• You change words, contact info, hours and photos yourself in the dashboard, on a phone or a computer.
• Bigger design changes will come from Website Studio, which is coming and not open yet.
• On Managed we host it and keep it online and secure (SSL). Pages are fast and designed to WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Bring your own domain and it stays registered to you, or start on a Fornax address.

Getting found on Google and in AI answers

• Every site has a page for each service and each main area you serve.
• It carries the code that tells Google what your business is, where it works and its hours.
• AI assistants like ChatGPT are allowed to read it. Your business name and phone number are on every page.
• We help set up your Google Business Profile and look after it. If it isn't verified yet, Google checks it by video or postcard. That takes a few days up to about 2 weeks.
• Short monthly posts written from your own jobs are coming (beta, not live at launch). You approve each one.
• We never promise rankings, more calls or more jobs.

Calls, leads and jobs

• Keep your number. Calls you can't answer forward to a Fornax line. You dial a forwarding code once and can undo it anytime.
• The caller hears a greeting in your business name. The call becomes a lead and you get an alert.
• Or the number on your website is a Fornax number that rings your own phone, and each call is counted.
• Your personal cell is never moved. Moving a whole business line to Fornax is not offered at launch.
• Missed-call text-back and two-way texting switch on once phone carriers approve your business as a sender, usually 1 to 3 weeks.
• One lead inbox: calls, texts and quote requests in one list, with an email alert for each. Export to a spreadsheet (CSV) anytime.
• Track each job through new, contacted, quoted, won and lost, with notes and the job value.
• You don't need to switch job software.

Two ways to buy: client or founding client

Both paths get the same product and the same features. Only the price and how we work together differ.

Founding client

• A direct line to Tyler, the founder. He shares it after you sign up.
• Invitations to town halls and meetings. Come when you can. There is no set number.
• Early looks at new features. Your feedback shapes what we build next.
• What we ask: Tell Tyler what works and what doesn't. No meetings are required. We only quote you with your written yes.
• Spots: 10 in total. The count on the Pricing page is read live from our records.

Client

• Email support when you need it.
• A 15-minute call when email won't do.
• No meetings and no feedback asked of you.
• What we ask: Nothing beyond your plan.

Managed and Site only, side by side

Site only comes with 1 revision round. There are no edits after delivery.

How the work gets done

Our AI assistant builds previews and drafts first replies. Tyler Cohen reads every reply and handles billing himself. Sites are fast static pages from one design system, with no custom code for each client.

Terms and limits

• Monthly. Cancel anytime. Your plan ends that day. Full refund in your first month. After that we refund the unused days.
• Yearly. Pay for 10 months, get 12. Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment. After that we refund the unused days of the year. Your plan ends the day you cancel.
• Site only (one-time). Full refund if you cancel before we deliver the site. No refund after delivery. Our Terms call this the one-time Website package.
• When you pay. We charge at checkout, after you've seen your site. Nothing is charged before then.
• If a payment fails. Update your card within 14 days and nothing changes. After 14 days unpaid, your site and dashboard pause until you pay.
• Full refunds. For a billing error.
• Two ways to buy. Client: Solo $199 a month, Crew $399 a month. Founding client (first 10 only): Solo $149, Crew $299, kept for as long as you stay, even if our prices change for new clients. Same product on both.
• If you leave Managed. You have 90 days to export your data, then we delete it. Take Site only instead and we credit 50% of the Managed fees you paid against its price. The credit can bring it to $0, never below.
• No free trial. You see your actual site before you pay anything.
• No lead guarantee. We don't promise a number of leads. What comes in depends on your market.

• Open in Arizona at launch. Other states later. English only.
• Other job software is planned, not built. HubSpot (one way, on Crew) is the only one at launch.
• We'll tell you before any usage charge ever applies.

What we never promise

• Rankings on Google, more calls or more jobs.
• A free trial. You see your real site first instead.
• Anything marked coming before it is built.
